The Orange and Purple Belt home study course covers the foundation of basic Hapkido techniques. This includes techniques such as basic kicking and sitting kicks. Each technique is explain in detail. Included at this level:
-Defense Against fist attacks and kick attacks using strikes and takedown techniques.
-Self defense techniques such as two hand basic blocks, fist attack hand strikes, straight hand twisting and cross hand twisting.
-Free fighting techniques and three step fighting techniques against front kick and side kick.
